Portraits of the kids

It was such a pretty spring day when we were at Lawsons’ on Sunday.  I almost always think it’s a great time to line the kids up for portraits — every season, every setting, every adventure — and pretty spring days even more so.  I am not a professional photographer by any means, but I sure do love photos!  No matter how many pictures I take of the kids this year, chances are I’ll be looking to hire a photographer here in a few months to take our family photos for December’s Christmas card.  First, because I always think somebody else might get a better shot than I can get… and second, because I want to be in the photo sometimes!

Anyhow, here’s what our kiddos are looking like these days:

Muggins, age 2.  Impossible to catch him standing still even for a moment.
Marsi, age 5.  Our girly girl!
Emilyn, age 7.  She’s really blossoming lately, into a happy little helper.
Asher, age 9, the big brother who takes care of everyone… including me when I need it!
Oh my heart!
Bonus pic:  Our two unique girls.  They don’t always get along, but when they do, it’s a beautiful thing : )
